FAQS

  • Go into the Time Under Tension app, log into your account, click into active subscriptions and hit cancel.

  • Mostly all of the workouts in the on-demand library can be done with a set of medium weights, a mini (rubber) resistance band, and a set of gliders. You can also filter the workouts based on equipment you already have. Links to my recommended equipment are located in the my shop.

  • All workouts in the pre/postnatal collection are safe for pregnant and postpartum clients.

  • With our plan, you’re in control. We believe you know best how much you can workout each day, and each week. So we suggest a guide based on your level (Beginner, Intermediate, & Advanced), and empower you to decide whether you can do say 10-20 minutes on a given day, or 45 minutes +. We want you to enjoy exercise, not dread it because you’re trying to complete a workout you body isn’t up for. 

     

    So as you explore our guides, you’l find we’re suggesting some helpful structure to your week based on your fitness level. As most of our workouts are full body in nature, we believe the best plan is for you to listen to your body and make the decision that works best for you on that day. This way exercise is something you come to look forward to and enjoy without being bound by the rigidity of a specific weekly schedule.
